Club setup
The name, tagline, contact email and time zone that every page of your club shows. The header above changes as you type, so you can see how it looks. Further down: the range rules shown at check-in, and your membership application.
Range rules at check-in
The short rules everyone ticks to say they've read, each time they check in. Keep to the essentials; the full rules stay in the waiver. Saving makes them live at check-in straight away.
Membership application
What the join page asks. A few parts are always asked, because check-in, family and approvals depend on them. Below them come your club's own questions: add, change, reorder or remove any of them.

Who sees the changes
At first, only you. Your changes save by themselves as you type, on this device (and on this page on your other devices when you're signed in as the owner). Nobody else sees them yet. To look around the other pages with them first, tick Preview my changes on this device; each device has its own tick, off until you tick it there.
Make it live for everyone (owners only) puts your changes on the club's account. From then on every member, shooter and visitor sees the new name, look, contact and declination, on every page and every device. Tap it when you're happy. Not ready? Do nothing: your changes stay saved here, and Undo my changes takes you back to what everyone sees now.
Download a backup saves your club's settings in one small file (called club.json). You don't need it day to day; it's a spare copy of your setup to keep somewhere safe, in case you ever need to put it back.
